Tim Cullen

Tim Cullen directs the Oxford Programme on Negotiation at the University of Oxford. As well as teaching a substantial part of that one-week programme, he also teaches negotiation throughout the world and, as well as the position he holds at Oxford, he is a visiting professor at Lingnan University College at Sun Yat-sen University in Guanhzhou China. He heads the consulting form, TCA Limited which provides teaching programmes globally as well as providing advisory services to European companies to help them achieve better outcomes in negotiations with chinese and other East Asian counterparts. He spent 21 years with the World Bank, involving him in many global negotiations. As a student he spent two summers planting trees at Birkerød Planteskole.
